LIFE BEHIND BARS MAESTEG. PERSONAL ALCOHOL LICENCE ADVICE
MAESTEG PERSONAL LICENCE COURSE. 99% PASS RATE. I COME TO YOUR PREMISES. FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. JOHNNY WALKER 07970 134 730.
Anyone who plans to sell or supply alcohol or to authorise the sale or supply of alcohol must apply for a personal licence. Before applying for a personal licence you will need to have obtained a Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders. I deliver the Highfield award. This is recognised by all licensing authorities in England and Wales.
A Personal Licence holder may also submit up to 50 Temporary Event Notices in each calendar year for the supply of alcohol, regulated entertainment or late night refreshments other than under the terms of a Premises Licence.
A Personal Licence is portable and can be used under any premises licence in England and Wales. It is not linked directly to a particular premises licence, unless the holder is nominated as the Designated Premises Supervisor.
Section 36 of, and Schedule 4 to the Immigration Act 2016 (the 2016 Act) amend the 2003 Act to provide that in England and Wales:
Premises Licences to sell alcohol or provide late night refreshment and personal licences cannot be issued to an individual who does not have permission to be in the UK, or is not entitled to undertake work relating to the carrying on of a licensable activity.
The application process requires that applicants must demonstrate that they have the right to work in the UK. The simplest way to do this is by providing a photocopy of the photograph page of your passport.
During my one-day Personal Licence course, we will complete the application forms in readiness for the formal application process. Please do call me, JOHNNY WALKER, on 07970 134 730. I’ll explain everything you need to do to be successfully granted a Personal Licence, without the tears.
Just call, it’s not a problem.
