Personal Licence Training Course Pershore, Evesham, Alvechurch 07970 134 740.
Hello Pershore, Evesham and Alvechurch. Looking to Obtain a Personal Licence?
Call Johnny Walker on 07970 134 730 for advice how to apply for a Personal Licence in Evesham, Pershore or Alvechurch.
You must be a Personal Licence holder to be the Designated Premises Supervisor on a premises licence to authorise the sale of alcohol (unless covered by a temporary event notice).
You are not required to hold a Personal Licence to be employed in a pub or other business that sells alcohol but a premises licensed to sell alcohol must have a Designated Premises Supervisor, who holds a personal licence.
In order to apply for a Personal Licence, you must be aged 18 years or over, and hold a relevant licensing qualification, such as the Highfield Award for Personal Licence Holders Level 2.
If you are applying for a Personal Licence in Pershore, you must obtain an accredited qualification first. I deliver the Highfield one day training course in Pershore and Evesham. The aim of the qualification is to ensure that licence holders are aware of licensing law and the wider social responsibilities involved in the sale of alcohol.
Personal Licences are designed to ensure that anybody running or managing a business that sells or supplies alcohol in Pershore or Evesham will do so in a professional manner.
You will need a Personal Licence:
- if you are designated as the Premises Supervisor on a Premises Licence for a premises where alcohol is to be sold (on-sales, off-sales, or both on and of sales)
- if you want to sell alcohol under a Premises Licence or authorise others to sell alcohol under a Premises Licence
- if you want to use more than 5 Temporary Event Notices in each calendar year
Your Personal Licence application will cost £37.00.
You must have passed a relevant personal licence qualification in order to apply. During my course, I will complete all the Personal Licence application forms with you. Also you will need to obtain a Disclosure and Barring Service certificate to demonstrate that you have no relevant offences. The current cost of this is £23.
