WORCESTER PERSONAL ALCOHOL LICENCE 07970 134 730
You must apply for a Personal Licence to the licensing authority for the area in which you live, rather than that in which you work.
I deliver the Highfield one day Personal Licence course in Worcester, Malvern, Redditch, Evesham, Pershore and throughout England and Wales. I come to your premises. No need to find a course miles away, I can arrange a course just for your needs and this includes either a Saturday or a Sunday too!
A Personal Licence allows you to sell alcohol on behalf of any business that has a premises licence.
Not everyone who works in a pub or other business selling alcohol needs to have a Personal Licence. However, premises that are licensed to sell alcohol must have a Designated Premises Supervisor who authorises the sale of alcohol by others.
Most applications for Personal Licences will be straightforward to process and some will be done quickly. Personal Licences become effective on the day they are granted.
Since 1st April 2015 there is no longer a requirement to renew an existing Personal Licence.
To qualify the applicant must:
- be over 18
- possess an approved training qualification
- have no convictions for a relevant offence
- have paid the licence fee
The fee for a licence is £37. A fee of £10.50 is chargeable for any alterations or replacements.
Call me, Johnny Walker on 07970 134 730 for details of how to obtain a Personal Licence. Cheers.
