BICESTER PERSONAL ALCOHOL LICENCE COURSE ADVICE HERE
PERSONAL ALCOHOL LICENCE TRAINING COURSE BICESTER, BANBURY, CHIPPING NORTON. 99% EXAM PASS RATE. I COME TO YOUR PREMISES, ON A DAY OF YOUR CHOICE.
If you would like to spend the rest of your life behind bars, call Johnny Walker on 07970 134 730 and I’ll explain the most efficient way to obtain a Personal Licence without the tears.
On my training course, you will learn the law surrounding the sale of alcohol. I’ll also impart tips and hints on how to stay on the right side of the law. Making mistakes when you sell alcohol can have serious repercussions.
As well as a Premises Licence, the sale or supply of alcohol must be carried out or authorised by the holder of a Personal Licence in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, unless a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) has been served. A Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) must hold a Personal Licence. Every premises, licensed for the sale of alcohol, must have a DPS who is in day to day control of the alcohol sales.
To obtain a Personal Licence, you must:
- be over 18
- complete the application forms
- have an approved qualification (I deliver the approved Highfield one-day course)
- provide a criminal record check (current cost is £18)
- provide proof of your right to work in the UK
If all these requirements are met, your local licensing authority will grant a Personal Licence. On the training day, we will also complete your application forms in readiness for the formal application for the grant of a Personal Licence.
Personal Licences last indefinitely, but will no longer be valid if you lose the right to work in the UK. Although you can only obtain a Personal Licence from the local authority in the area you live, it is valid anywhere in England and Wales.
The fee for a Personal Licence is £37. You can appeal a Personal Licence refusal by the licensing sub-committee through the Magistrates’ Court.
If you have any questions about gaining a Personal Licence, call Johnny Walker on 07970 134 730. I can explain and offer advice. Cheers for now.
