I deliver the one-day personal licence course in Cirencester, Stroud and Wotton under Edge on a day to suit you. I come to your premises and teach the Highfield Level II award for personal licence holders.

My course covers the personal licence syllabus and will give every candidate a through understanding of how the licensing of premises works.

At the end of the day’s course, candidates will sit a 40 question exam paper. The questions are multi-choice. The pass mark is 28 out of 40. This equals a 70 % score with 28 correct answers.

I have a 99% exam pass rate with candidates of all backgrounds and educational levels. What ever your ability, call for more details. I understand that some candidates may not have sat an exam for many years. Relax, I do this for a living. I have delivered this course for over 20 years at hundreds of varied premises.

Whatever your premises, the starting point to sell alcohol is obtaining a personal licence. On the training day, we will also complete the application forms for your formal application for grant of a personal licence. The application for a personal licence is always made to the local authority where you live. This may not be the same authority that licences your premises.

A personal licence last indefinitely. Quite simply, there is no requirement to renew your personal licence, it can be used anywhere, under a premises licence, throughout England and Wales.
