Anyone who plans to sell or supply alcohol or authorise the sale or supply of alcohol from a premises, in Gloucester, that holds a Premises Licence must apply for a Personal Licence. You must apply to the Local Authority where you live (not the one where the premises you work at is situated unless they are the same.) You cannot apply for more than one Personal Licence. A Personal Licence granbted in Gloucester can be used anywhere in England and Wales.
