This course is recognised by all licensing authorities in England and Wales, all police forces and HMG. It is the certificate that you receve after a successful exam result that you will use to apply for a Personal Licence.

The training does focus on passing the end of course exam but in reality, the most important element is understanding the applicxation of the law.

So, how do you gain a Personal Licence in Gloucester?

• In a case in which the applicant has an unspent conviction for a relevant offence or a foreign offence, the police have not objected to the grant of the application on crime prevention grounds or the licensing authority has considered their objection but determined that the grant of the application will not undermine the crime prevention objective.
