MONMOUTHSHIRE PERSONAL LICENCE INFO
To obtain a Personal Licence in Monmouth, you will need to gain a Level II certificate, to demonstrate that you understand the basics of selling alcohol. I deliver the Highfield Level II Personal Licence Holder’s one-day courses in Monmouth, Cwmbran, Newport and Cardiff.
Call me, Johnny Walker on 07970 134 730 for details of how to arrange your own Personal Licence course on a date that suits you. I can also offer Saturday or Sunday courses too.
To sell alcohol under a premises licence, you will need a Personal Licence if you wish to become the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) at the premises. For example, you may be thinking about leasing a pub in Monmouthsire. You will be the DPS and will need to first obtain a Personal Licence.
The course is interesting and explains how all the pieces of the law fit together. What you need to do and what you must not do.
The day’s training ends with a 40 question exam. To pass, you need to get 28 questions correct and will then receive a certificate to demonstrate that you have survived the day and understand the law.
I will also complete the necessary application forms with you on the day, in readiness for your Personal Licence application to Monmouthshire licensing.
Just call me on 07970 134 730. I’m Johnny Walker.
